Automatically highlighting keywords

Note: Please be aware that the Highlighting feature is exclusively included with the Premium product package.

In the articles purchased through MediaMonitor, the keywords used are automatically highlighted in Press Review Manager as well. In the press review template is where you can set whether the keywords are highlighted with a yellow highlighter, underlined or marked as bold text.

Under the “Highlighting” menu item, you can define up to 50 additional groups of words that you want to highlight in addition to your keywords.

Click on “Add”, select the desired colour of the highlighter, and enter one or more words. For each entry, you can specify up to 10 words, giving you a total of up to 500 words possible. Upper and lower cases are taken into account. Only whole words are highlighted. Example: “Berlin” marks “Berlin”, but not “Berliner”.

If you have already created a long list of keywords, the “Search words” box will help you find a word in the list and avoid duplicates.
