Enter one or more keywords in the search box that must appear in the article. If you enter multiple keywords, only articles containing all of those keywords will be found.
If you want to search for related words or names, you can put your keyword in double inverted commas, e.g. “Guiness stout” or “Cristiano Ronaldo”. You can also use hyphens to specify compound words, e.g. “German-British”.
If you expressly do not want to search articles containing a specific keyword, place a minus sign in front of the word, e.g. “car -accident”. Make sure to include a space before the minus sign.
In the simple search, keywords are always searched for using the “regular” pattern. This means that inflections and plural forms are automatically taken into account. If you want your keyword to be interpreted differently, you will find various setting options for this in the extended search.
